Awarding panel begins desk-based review of all submitted nominations.

On-site Assessments
Site visits to shortlisted nominees. The HESS Awards unique assessment differentiator.

Shortlist Announced
Shortlisted nominees revealed publicly. Media release and social media campaign launched.

HESS Leadership Conference 2026
2nd Annual HESS Leadership Conference. Venue TBC, Accra, Ghana.
